to the wonderfully woolly world of Lammermuir Shetland Wool, pure Shetland Wool from the Koru Lammermuir Shetland flock, based in East Lothian, Scotland
Grazing at over 700ft in the Lammermuir Hills, these hardy Shetland sheep produce a fine and soft high-quality wool which is great for all sorts of crafts, but especially knitting, felting, crochet and weaving.
We love our Shetland sheep and the quality yarn they produce - and we hope that you will too! Explore this site to find out more about how we produce the wool, and look after our sheep, follow our blog and make sure you stop by our online shop.
Covid-19 Update 24/3/20
As at 23/3/20, the UK Government is encouraging online businesses to remain open, and so we shall keep going until we hear differently. We have changed the way that we prepare and pack our parcels of yarn, which means that everything INSIDE the plastic outer envelope is clean. You can either quarantine the whole parcel on its arrival or, after opening the plastic envelope, tipping out the tissue inner parcel, disposing of the plastic envelope and washing your hands, use the yarn straight away. Because, let's face it. Who wants to wait? Happy Crafting!
